EULA for the Voicebank TETSU-UTA Series

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR VOICEBANK
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.
End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and VCR project for the VCR project voicebank(s) identified above which may include associated software components, media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("VOICEBANK").
1. GRANT OF LICENSE.
The VOICEBANK is licensed as follows:
(a) Installation and Use.
VCR project grants you the right to install and use copies of the VOICEBANK.
(b) Backup Copies.
You may also make copies of the VOICEBANK as may be necessary for backup and archival purposes.
2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
(a) Distribution.
You may not redistribute copies of the VOICEBANK to third parties without the permission of VCR project. The prohibition of redistribution may not be applied to the cases of modifying the frequency table (frq file) or voice setup (oto.ini). You can modify and redistribute them.
(b) Commercial use.
You may not distribute the works using the VOICEBANK for commercial use without permission. Prior acknowledgment shall be given to the literary agent VCR project when you distribute the works using the VOICEBANK. The contact is provided below.
(c) Prohibition.
You may not use the VOICEBANK in the way to violate laws and ordinances, or to be offensive to public order and morals (e.g. promoting criminal activity and/or suicide). Also you may not upload your works using the VOICEBANK onto the website which promotes the criminal activities.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall VCR project be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) rising out of 'Authorized Users' use of or inability to use the VOICEBANK, even if VCR project has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
4. OTHER NOTICE
This EULA may be changed without prior notice. The latest one shall take precedence. This EULA of the VOICEBANK is a translated material from the EULA written in Japanese language. The original Japanese text shall take precedence if any conflicts arise.

End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and VCR project for the VCR project RIPSYNC(s) identified above which may include associated software components, media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("RIPSYNC").
1. GRANT OF LICENSE.
The RIPSYNC is licensed as follows:
(a) Installation and Use.
VCR project grants you the right to install and use copies of the RIPSYNC.
(b) Backup Copies.
